A LITTLE ROOM TO NOTICE

A little help.

A little room to notice. Your meals, your everyday rhythm, and the moments around them.

Contact GutBFF

Email serevio.ops@gmail.com. GutBFF is operated by Hamza Wasim. Include your app version and what happened. You do not need to send journal entries or health details to ask for help.

Restore a membership

Use Restore purchases in the membership screen or Settings while signed in to the Apple Account used to subscribe. Apple may ask you to sign in. If the plan has expired or was refunded, no active membership will be found; your saved journal stays on the device.

Cancel a subscription

Open Apple subscriptions, select GutBFF and cancel. Deleting local records or removing the app does not cancel a subscription. For refunds, contact Apple.

Move your journal

In Settings choose Export JSON, save the backup in Files, then Restore a backup on your other iPhone. The JSON backup includes records, meal photos and setup choices. The default restore adds new entries and keeps existing edits. Replacing the journal requires a separate confirmation. CSV exports are readable tables and are not complete photo backups.

Add a meal photo

Choose Log a meal, add a photo from your library or camera, and write a meal name. Select any known food labels you want to remember. Photos stay with the entry on your iPhone; they are not uploaded or analyzed. Remove or change the attachment when editing the entry.

Reminders and lock

Enable daily or Sunday reminders in GutBFF Settings. If notification permission is off, use Open notification settings. Journal lock uses your iPhone’s authentication; you need an iPhone passcode. App switcher previews hide your journal content.

Your records and privacy

There is no automatic cloud sync. Back up before changing or uninstalling the app. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for details.
