Terms of Use

The app

Hamza Wasim provides GutBFF to help you record meals, photos, water, bowel notes, check-ins and daily context. Visual reviews describe your saved records. Missing entries do not establish symptom-free days; timing beside a meal does not prove a food caused a symptom.

Wellness observations

Seek a healthcare professional for medical concerns. Do not use GutBFF to diagnose illness, decide medication, manage allergies or confirm food safety. Meal names and food labels are entered by you; GutBFF does not infer ingredients from a photo. The app does not calculate validated gut-health or food-risk scores.

Membership and renewal

The localized full price and billing period are shown before purchase. Yearly and monthly memberships include the same journal features. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Membership renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Your account may be charged within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. No trial is offered unless the Apple purchase screen explicitly describes one.

Journaling, attached photos and visual review work locally after verified membership access. An internet connection may be needed to load plans, purchase or restore membership through Apple. Existing records are kept if membership expires. Export, restore, deletion, privacy information and subscription management remain available without membership.

Your records

You retain your journal content. Keep a backup if it matters to you; no automatic cloud sync is provided. Deleting local records or uninstalling GutBFF does not cancel an Apple subscription. Backup files you export remain outside app deletion. Restore can replace records only after you confirm it.

Acceptable use

Keep only content you have permission to store. Do not attempt to bypass purchase verification or use the app for medical decision-making.

Apple license and support

Use of the iPhone app is also subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement. For a purchase refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem service. Contact serevio.ops@gmail.com for app support.
